Purely's original processed products now include a new retort "potage soup" that can be used directly at the dinner table!
First up we'll start with pumpkin and sweet potato.
The natural flavor of the vegetables is what makes them delicious. This potage soup is made with the only seasoning, sun-dried salt, to preserve the natural flavor of the ingredients.
The sweet potatoes are carefully peeled, blended, and strained, giving them a smooth texture.
We added milk, which goes well with sweet potato potage, to make it even creamier.
You can quickly serve potage soup, which is otherwise time-consuming to prepare, on the table.
This delicious soup is made with ingredients that can be enjoyed by everyone, from children aged 1 year and up to the elderly.
Can be enjoyed hot or as a cold soup.
You can also sprinkle cinnamon on top to taste.

Naturally grown sweet potatoes by Mr. Koike, Shichijo-cho, Kikuchi City, Kumamoto Prefecture
Koike's organically grown sweet potatoes are made without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. The steamed sweet potatoes are very fluffy and have a gentle sweetness. This is the deliciousness of naturally grown sweet potatoes that grow slowly at the rhythm of nature without the use of fertilizer.
They grow seed potatoes from a variety called "Beni Haruka," which gives the potage a deeper flavor.
Silica Farm's pasteurized non-homogenized milk
They use raw milk from Yoshii Farm, located at the foot of Mt. Aso in Kumamoto Prefecture, and produce a unique milk using silica farming methods that are rare across the country.
By using silica to suppress the milk's unpleasant odor and at the same time managing the health of the cows, the milk becomes healthy, easy to drink, and has a natural sweetness to it.
◆Long-term low-temperature sterilization
In Japan, ultra-high temperature flash sterilization, which involves heat treatment at 120°C for 1 to 2 seconds, accounts for more than 90% of sterilization methods.
At Silica Farm, we use a low-temperature, long-term pasteurization process at 63°C for 30 minutes to maximize the original nutritional value and flavor of raw milk.

*This product is a retort pouch food. The expiration date is one year from the date of manufacture.

<How to eat>
When warming with hot water
Without opening the bag, heat it in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
When heating in a microwave
Transfer the contents to a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap and heat (approximately 1 minute at 600W).
