You can now reserve new rice individually and by selecting the producer!

Purely sells "Asahi," the ancestor of western Japan's rice, and "Sasanishiki," which was born from it, as well as "Hinohikari" and "Akitakomachi," which are the second and third most produced rice varieties in Japan and were born from "Kame no O," the ancestor of eastern Japan's rice.

In addition, we also have a lineup of rare varieties, "Inamoto No. 1" and "Kikuchi no Kagayaki," which have been self-selected through repeated seed collection and rice sorting.

No.1 Motoo Hirata

He grows rice in Shichijo-machi, a rice-growing area in Kumamoto Prefecture with very clean water. Together with rice farmers in Shichijo-machi, he has been researching and practicing a method of sowing lotus in rice fields to enrich the soil without using pesticides or fertilizers through the "Lotus Fever Rice Research Association." He has also tried various methods, such as introducing ducks to remove weeds. He currently grows rice using natural farming methods without using lotus fever or ducks.
