About Regular Service

●Regular delivery service is a service in which eligible products are delivered periodically after a single order, and payment is made for each delivery of products.

●Regular deliveries will be made weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly, depending on your request, and will be sent on the day of the week (Tuesday or Friday) of your choice.

● The second and subsequent deliveries will continue under the same conditions until you contact us to discontinue or change the frequency of deliveries.

● If you wish to change the size or quantity of an item, or to include other items in the shipment, please notify us at least ● business days prior to the scheduled settlement date.

Regular Subscription Order

● Subscription is based on the date of application. The settlement date will be the same day of the week or the same day as the date of application, and the same applies to the second and subsequent times.

●The second and subsequent shipments will also be sent on the day of the week (Tuesday or Friday) you specify.

Shipping charges

●Regular shipping charges are the same as for regular products. Please see our Shipping Policy.

●Free shipping is available when the total amount of the regular delivery service and the items you wish to include in the package is ¥16,200 or more.

About Delivery

●The delivery address will be the address registered at the time of application. If there are any changes to the delivery address, please contact us at least ● business days prior to the settlement date via your My Page.

●If you wish to have your order shipped on Tuesday, please apply by 12:00 p.m. on Friday of the previous week. For orders received after that time, delivery will be made the week after the following week.

●If you wish to have your order shipped on Friday, please apply by 12:00 p.m. on Monday. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following week.

●If you do not need a second or subsequent delivery, you can set your next delivery to be skipped from the "Subscription Purchase List" on your My Page. Please do so at least ● business days before the scheduled payment date.

Payment Method

●Credit cards are the only accepted method of payment for regular orders. We accept Visa, Master, JCB, and Amex credit cards.

●If you wish to change your credit card or renew the expiration date, go to "Subscription List" > "Check Details" > "Change" payment method from the customer's My Page, and an email will be sent to the customer informing them of the credit card change.

●Or, please notify us up to ● business days before the scheduled payment date. We will send you a link to change your credit card information. Please change your credit card information by yourself at least one business day before the scheduled payment date.

Skipping or Cancellation of Subscription by Customers

●Subscriptions can be skipped or cancelled at your convenience from the "Subscription List" on My Page.

●Please complete the procedure at least ● business days prior to the scheduled settlement date.

Use of Personal Information

●Your personal information will be used for administrative communications, various types of guidance, and operations associated with shipping, etc., and will not be provided to third parties.

Return and Exchange Policy

●Although we take all possible measures to inspect and control the quality of our products, we will take full responsibility for returns or exchanges of products due to stains or damage that occurred during delivery.

●Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than to exchange defective products.

●Please contact us after the date of arrival and return the product on the same day. We will not accept returns or exchanges without prior notification.
