Although we take all possible measures to inspect and control the quality of our products, we will take full responsibility for returns or exchanges of products due to stains or damage that occurred during shipping. However, we will take full responsibility for any returns or exchanges due to stains or damage that occur during shipping.
Fruits and vegetables that are grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers, and that make the most of their natural characteristics, may not look as good as those sold in the general market.
Of course, there sre some fruits and vegetables that are very beautiful in appearance, but there are also some that are prone to darkening and spots on the surface and skin due to the absence of pesticides and fertilizers.
Even if the quality of the product is thoroughly checked before shipping, long-distance transportation is a very harsh environment for fruits and vegetables, and it is impossible to guarantee that there will be no deterioration during the transportation process unless, for example, anti-degradation chemicals are used.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could forgive us if the shape, blemishes, darkening, etc. are not at a level that would allow us to serve you well, as they are a natural part of the process and nature.
Of course, we will refund you if the damage is so bad that you cannot enjoy the product, so please do not hesitate to contact us in that case. Please note that the following varies depending on the situation.
■Damage or damage on arrival
In the unlikely event of any damage or injury, please contact us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of arrival. Please be sure to take a picture of the item and attach the picture by e-mail so that we can check the condition of the item upon arrival. We will respond immediately according to the situation.
■Returns and Exchanges
for returns and exchanges, please return the item(s) to us and we will check the quality and condition of the item(s) before refunding the purchase price excluding shipping costs. If you do not return the item(s), we will not be able to refund your money. We ask for your understanding in advance. Vegetables and meats are perishable items and cannot be returned. (We will confirm the condition of these items with pictures, and then return or exchange the items. (Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened.) We can only accept returns of products in the condition they were in when they arrived. We cannot accept returns if the label is peeled off or the bag is torn.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product and return it at your expense. If you wish to exchange the product, we will only accept items that are in stock.
■Repayment Policy
After you have taken the above steps to return or exchange an item, we will check the status of the item and process a refund. Please note that refunds will be made in points.
