Can I change the arrival date or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Due to the nature of selling fresh produce, it may not be possible to change the order depending on the product.

Are there any weight restrictions?
Yes, there is a weight limit per package.
If the weight exceeds the limit, shipping charges will be required for each shipment, so we will do our best to inform you if the weight exceeds the limit.
Refrigerated delivery: 14kg
For room temperature shipping: 25kg
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, we can also ship items as gifts. We can also pack them in gift boxes (fees start from 330 yen) and include gift tags.
Please select your desired wrapping/gift tag option from the "Set wrapping/gift tag" button on the cart page.
*Please note that some products can only be packed in cardboard.
How can I use my points?
1 point = 1 yen and can be used for purchases other than shipping charges.
On the cart page , enter the number of points you wish to use.
Points cannot be used for orders of regular products only.

Can I choose my payment method?
Payment for subscription products can only be made by credit card.
Can I take time off if the rice piles up or I'm traveling and can't collect it?
You can skip or pause your subscription by going to your account page , selecting "Subscription List" and then "Check Details" for the subscription product in question. Alternatively, please contact us via the inquiry form .
Can I change the type or quantity midway?
You can change the product or quantity by going to "Subscription List" on your account page and then "Check details" for the relevant subscription product. Alternatively, please contact us via the inquiry form .
What if I want to change the shipping address?
You can change your delivery address on your account page by going to "Subscription List" and then "Confirm Details" for the relevant subscription product.
If you wish to change your shipping address only once, please let us know by filling out the inquiry form .
Can I include items other than regular products?
We are very sorry, but we are unable to include regular products in regular deliveries.
It is possible to add a regular product. On your account page , select "Regular Purchase List" → "Check details" for the regular product → "Add other products to regular purchases" and select the product to add. Or, please contact us via the inquiry form .
Can I use points for subscription products?
Unfortunately, points cannot be used for subscription products.
Use your points when ordering regular products.
Points can be used only on your first order if you purchase a regular product at the same time.
