This seasoning salt is a blend of olive leaves and rock salt from Shodoshima, as well as various herbs and spices.
Just sprinkle it on any dish to enhance its flavor.
It also goes extremely well with olive oil, and when you add both to somen noodles as a dressing, it makes a great somen salad or capellini dish.

Ingredients: rock salt, onion, garlic, olive leaves, black pepper, white pepper, marjoram, sage, basil Storage: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Best before date: 1 year and 6 months from date of manufacture. Desiccant is included to maintain quality. This is harmless but inedible.
