Organic Twice Cooked Pork Base
This organic twice-cooked pork base is made from organic rice miso, with the sweetness of organic sugar, oyster extract made from Hiroshima oysters, and the umami of organic soy sauce.
No artificial seasonings, protein hydrolysates, yeast extracts, or colorings are added, allowing the original flavor of the ingredients to be enjoyed to the fullest.

Cabbage...2-3 large leaves (about 150g), pork belly...about 200g, green onion...1/2 (about 50g)
*Cut the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
【How to make】
1. Stir-fry the vegetables: Add oil to a heated frying pan, fry the cabbage, and then place it on a separate plate.
② Fry the meat and add this product...Add oil to the heated frying pan again and fry the pork belly and spring onions. Once the pork is cooked through, turn off the heat and add this product, then fry over medium heat until it is mixed with the ingredients.
③ Add the vegetables back in...Add the cabbage from ① back in and stir fry until done.
