Seawater concentrated by the action of the sun and wind is placed in a crystallization house and slowly crystallized. The crystals are large in size, making this salt a unique feature. This natural sea salt is made without any processing of the seawater, making it "the whole sea." This salt is made by crystallizing all the minerals in the sea, and has a subtle bitterness and sweetness.
