Pre-order items cannot be shipped together with regular ordered items.

<Notes when ordering>

① Regarding shipping, we plan to ship from late July to early August in the order of reservations. Please note that the estimated delivery date may change depending on the future weather.

2) Matsumura harvests the grapes at the optimal time.

As quality is our number one priority, we are unable to allow you to choose the shipping date (arrival date).
We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped, so please check your emails until it arrives.
If you will be away for an extended period of time or if there are certain dates on which you absolutely cannot receive the package, please let us know in advance in the notes section.

3) Due to the nature of fruits and vegetables, we cannot specify the arrival date, so we cannot ship them together with other products. Thank you for your understanding.
