From babies, pregnant women to the elderly.
Rooibos tea that everyone can enjoy
Rooibos is a legume that grows only in a very limited area in the Cederberg Mountains, which stretch north of Cape Town in South Africa.
It prefers a hot, dry climate of over 30 degrees Celsius, so it cannot be grown anywhere other than this limited area.
Its scientific name is Aspalathus linearis, which means "Red Bush" in the local Afrikaans language and is pronounced "Rooibos" in English. In Japan it is popularly known as "Rooibos tea" or "Rooibos tea."
In addition to its two major features of being "caffeine-free" and "low tannins," Gasco's rooibos tea has also been "certified organic by the Japanese Agricultural Standards," so anyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.
It can also be safely consumed by pregnant women and nursing mothers who are on a caffeine restriction list, as a baby's first tea, or as a relaxing tea before bedtime.
○ JAS certified organic, additive-free, unadjusted, caffeine-free. Suitable for pregnant women, babies, the elderly, and as a bedtime tea.
○ Low tannins (green tea 23g, rooibos 0.3g per 100g)
There is almost no bitterness or astringency.
○It contains flavonoids, a type of polyphenol.
