As the cold winter turns into warm spring, winter vegetables begin to flower and produce seeds.
Summer vegetable seeds are sown at the end of February and full-scale harvesting begins around June.
This period is called the "off-season" and there are fewer types of vegetables that can be harvested.

We offer a combination of naturally grown and organically grown vegetables.

We purchase our agricultural products directly from contracted farmers in Kyushu.
Our local producers have been talking to producers while looking at the soil and working together with them. We purchase directly from these Kyushu farmers. In addition to purchasing, we also organize study sessions on natural farming and farming tours, and work to popularize natural farming.
