In particular, plum syrup and plum wine made from plums, which are currently being harvested, are irresistible when mixed with carbonated water.
This luxurious plum wine is made from naturally grown unripe plums, soaked in Purely's original rice shochu "Kyushu" and organic sugar. Here are the impressions of the staff who brew it in "Kyushu" every year:
"Kyushu has a clean aftertaste and brings out the sourness and umami of the plums. It's just delicious! I can't help but drink too much."

Many people make this every year, but why not try making it this year with "Kyushu Naturally Grown Rice Shochu"?

[Ingredients] Time required: 25 minutes <When using a 4 liter jar>
・Naturally grown green plums...1kg
・500g organic sugar
・Shochu (Kyushu) 720ml・・・2 bottles
[How to make] <Preparation> Sterilize the jar by boiling it in hot water. Keep it dry. Prepare the green plums.
Fill a bowl with water and run the water over it to wash away any dirt or other particles.
Wipe off the water thoroughly with a cloth and remove the stems of the green plums one by one with a bamboo skewer or toothpick. Pack the ingredients into a jar.
Put one layer of green plums in the jar, sprinkle some organic sugar on it, put another layer and sprinkle some more organic sugar on it...
Repeat this process, then pour in Kyushu at the end.
*Since organic sugar is free-flowing, it's okay if it all sinks to the bottom.
Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight and wait for it to be ready.
It is ready after 3 to 5 months of aging. The longer the aging period, the deeper the flavor will be, so you can adjust it to your liking.

◯Mr. Sonoda's green plums are selected at the farm to check for any damage, but as they are not selected according to standard size standards, the sizes vary. We hope you enjoy the individuality of each plum.
○Some of the products may have small spots, but this does not affect the contents.
(These spots are caused by various bacteria contained in the rain when it is exposed to rain.)
In addition, regarding quality, we thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, however, due to the nature of fresh produce, there is a possibility that some items may have been damaged during transport.
