[Natural shrimp paste]

"Natural Shrimp Arazuri" is made from 100% shrimp.
It contains no additives, fish, meat or eggs.

It is a coarse "shrimp paste" with a lumpy texture.

To make this, a machine that extrudes and crushes the ingredients, like the ones used to mince meat, is not suitable.

At Papua New Guinea Marine Products, we chop it up using a food processor.

And cut it into very small portions.
This results in a sticky, coarse paste.

The photo is a little hard to understand,
I put it on a plate and it didn't fall off even when I turned it on its side.
It has that level of viscosity, making it ideal for cooking.

It takes a lot of work and is expensive, but I still want to pursue the flavor.

Great for hotpots, shrimp cutlets, shrimp dumplings, wontons, etc.
