Naturally grown soybeans
[Soybeans grown in Kyushu without fertilizer or pesticides]
Soybeans are a familiar ingredient in Japanese cuisine, including miso, soy sauce, natto, tofu, soy milk, and kinako.
However, domestic production only accounts for around 6% of all soybeans. Among these, soybeans grown without pesticides are extremely rare, and even fewer are grown naturally. It is no exaggeration to say that soybeans grown naturally are truly a "phantom" soybean.
"Naturally grown soybeans" are grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers, and are packed with the natural flavor of soybeans, making them very tasty.
It can be used for homemade miso, soy sauce, soy milk, roasted soybeans, and boiled beans.
*In hot weather such as summer, please store the soybeans in a cool place such as a refrigerator after arrival . The soybeans will be delivered in an unsorted state. Since we do not rely on any pesticides, there is a possibility that some soybeans may be eaten by insects or may not meet the standards, but we pack about 30g more than necessary, so we appreciate your understanding.
*Delivered in a vacuum bag.
