Why not experience the taste of spring with bracken?
"Bracken" is one of the most representative wild vegetables of spring.
It is also ideal for a variety of dishes, including simmered, fried and stir-fried dishes.
Please enjoy the seasonal bracken that can only be tasted at this time of year.

"I want to become a natural farmer!" said Masahiko Sakata, who graduated from Purely in 2015.
As expected, persistence is power!
First of all, since several years of farming experience was required to become a new farmer, he worked hard as a part-timer in the production department of a large company that used chemical fertilizers and pesticides, a world different from Purely. He says that he was able to build up both his physical and mental strength during that time.
Despite facing poor, hard soil where even wheat cannot grow, they have continued to cultivate soil for natural farming.
Sakata's personality helped him connect with people and he also had the kindness of those around him, and he told us about the five years he's overcome.
Of course, he would occasionally bring vegetables to Purely and say, "I've finished it!", but in the spring of 2020, he finally made his debut as a Purely producer.
Sakata delivers to the Purely warehouse every time.
As a former staff member, he always shares with us the "farm information" that we want to know from a distribution perspective.
Based on his experience interacting with customers in distribution, he continues to produce crops while pursuing what kind of vegetables customers expect.
I think it's because of this perspective that we feel a sense of kindness and comfort from Sakata's vegetables.
