Naturally grown peanuts (dried) from Toyonaga, Kumamoto Prefecture
The producer is Sayoko Toyonaga from Kumamoto Prefecture. She has been cultivating vegetables without pesticides or fertilizers for over 20 years, first using organic farming methods, with the belief that she wants to produce food that is truly safe to eat. Together with her son, she grows a variety of vegetables throughout the year.
These dried peanuts are grown naturally, without fertilizer or pesticides, in fields at high altitudes and packed with flavor and sweetness.
In order to ensure that Toyonaga's peanuts last longer, they are dried immediately after harvesting.
*Although it is dried, please be sure to heat it before eating, such as by boiling or roasting.
When boiled in salted water, peanuts become fluffy, sweet and very delicious.
How to eat peanuts
▼How to boil peanuts
Make a 3% salt solution and start boiling the shrimp in water with the shells still on.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and boil for about 30-40 minutes.
Try it and if there is no core left, eat it.
How to roast peanuts: Preheat oven to 150°C.
Remove the peanuts from the shells and spread them out on a baking tray lined with baking paper, making sure they do not overlap.
Heat at 150 degrees for 30 minutes.
It's done when you touch it and the thin skin on the surface can be peeled off.
Be careful as the food will be hot once cooked.
