Naturally grown buckwheat is ground in a stone mill to make soba noodles.
One bite and the flavor and aroma of soba permeates your mouth.
"Juwari Soba" is made using nothing but buckwheat.
You can enjoy the rich aroma and flavor.
The rich soba soup is also delicious.
When boiling, use plenty of water to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

It is said that Japan's current self-sufficiency rate for buckwheat is only 20%.
Soba is a typical Japanese food, but only 20% of the soba consumed in Japan is domestically produced.
The remaining 80% is currently imported. This is exactly what can be called "modern-style Nihachi soba."

China is by far the largest import source, accounting for approximately 80% of imports.
This soba is made using 100% domestically grown, naturally grown buckwheat flour, and the noodles are made using natural mineral water called "Yoro Natural Water Ryusen no Shizuku."
The aroma and flavor of the soba is so concentrated that you would never guess it was dried noodles, and you can enjoy it until the very last bite, as you can also make rich soba soup.
