This butter is made using milk from healthy cows raised in the Okuizumo region.
It has a rich, mild flavor.

High-quality raw milk is produced in an environment rich in nature.
The ideal dairy farming is for cows to be able to graze freely. High-quality raw milk is produced from cows that are raised in the sun and free in clean air and water. Okuizumo is watered by the pure Hii River and is blessed with rich soil. Kishikawa Dairy's raw milk is collected from dairy farms scattered along the Hii River basin.

Health management of dairy cows is essential to improving milk quality. We recommend dairy farms on a scale where the breeders can keep a close eye on them, rather than large-scale dairy farms. Cows are delicate, and healthy, truly delicious milk comes from cows that are raised with care, like family. To achieve this, breeders must be healthy in both body and mind. We have created a helper system so that dairy farmers can have time to refresh themselves.
We use non-genetically modified ingredients in our compound feed.
The introduction of non-genetically modified mixed feed was a big adventure for dairy farmers because of the concern that it could affect the health of the cows. They took on the challenge of achieving truly reliable milk quality, even though they knew that it was a risk. Currently, Kishikawa Dairy is holding study sessions so that all dairy farmers can adopt non-genetically modified feed.
