Organic strawberries are now being shipped again this year!

Although the delivery was short this month, we started early this year. It is a happy time to gather with family and friends.

In the end, Ito's strawberries, which he continues to grow using organic farming methods that reduce the use of fertilizers and pesticides, grow to be "strawberry-like" and are full of delicious flavor.

Because they are given lots of fertilizer and are not forced to grow, they are not watery, and when you bite into one, the sweet and sour taste spreads across your tongue, making them so delicious that you can't help but smile. We hope you will enjoy Ito's organically grown strawberries this year as well.
Please add some color to it.

[Organically grown strawberries by Mr. Ito] <Large strawberries x 2 pack size>

Masahiro Ito, who is engaged in organic strawberry cultivation in Kamoto-cho, Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture. Mr. Ito is in his 20s and 30s and is involved in development support in developing countries such as Laos.
Then,
After leaving his job in development support and working overseas, he returned to Kumamoto, a place he had no connection to, using information he had gleaned from the internet.
After a year of agricultural training at the Kumamoto Prefecture Organic Agriculture Research Association, he started working as an organic strawberry farmer here in Kumamoto in June 2014.
He says with a big smile.
Mr. Ito started farming at age 40, struggling with the issue of raising three children.
.
He overcame that challenge, saying, "It was a series of very difficult times. "
The crops were almost completely destroyed. The small amount of crops that had been cultivated conventionally was shipped to the JA, and the farmers "got through it reasonably well."

In this way, Ito-san has been trying every year to improve his organic strawberry cultivation techniques and provide his own advice. Ito-san values the natural power of strawberries and cultivates organic strawberries without artificial ingredients.
We only use pesticides (natural enemy pesticides and pesticides derived from living organisms) and organic fertilizers made mainly from 100% natural organic matter. We believe in the vitality of strawberries, so we do not use chemicals to kill insects or weeds.
"And,
Although it is generally believed to be difficult to grow without chemical pesticides, this year there was a bumper crop of organically grown strawberries.

"To be honest, I don't even know if there is an answer as to whether it is really possible to produce strawberries stably without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

We are currently growing strawberries entirely organically . Our next step is to expand and continue to evolve, including trying new varieties.
Ito speaks with great confidence about his organically grown strawberries.
When you take a bite, the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry fills your mouth, making you feel happy. The variety we deliver is "Koi Minori".
This strawberry is popular in the market because even when fully ripe, the fruit remains firm, has a strong fragrance and a gentle flavor.

Strawberry cultivation generally requires a large amount of pesticides and fertilizers. Cultivation using as little pesticide as possible is extremely valuable. Numbers are limited, so please hurry.
