White dashi made with white soy sauce brewed with natural koji mold, dried dried bonito flakes, Rishiri kelp, log-grown shiitake mushrooms, mirin, and sun-dried natural lake salt.

It is brewed at Shichifuku Brewery Co., Ltd. in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture.

[Usage Guidelines]

This product is 12 times concentrated, so if you dilute 1 part white dashi with 11 parts water or hot water, it will make a perfect soup. You can also use a small amount of the original liquid in stir-fries.
