[Purely Original] Naturally Grown Mixed Beans
[Purely Original] Naturally Grown Mixed Beans
Roots Purely presents "Purely's Table," a new proposal packed with the appeal of natural cultivation.
First dish Naturally grown beans and wheat First, we would like you to try our naturally grown beans and wheat (mixed beans).
Japanese people have long considered food and health through fermented soybean foods such as soy sauce and miso.
Beans are essential for the idea that food is medicine, but with most bean products on the market coming from overseas, opportunities to eat Japanese beans are dwindling.
Soybeans and glutinous barley are rich in protein and dietary fiber, which are often lacking in our diets, making them great foods to incorporate into your busy daily life.
It's pre-cooked, so just pop one in your salad or soup on busy mornings and you'll be able to easily incorporate healthy eating habits.
Because beans and wheat produced overseas are so cheap, there is very little domestically produced food available.
Currently, the share of domestically produced soybeans is about 7%, and organic and natural cultivation is even rarer.
As producers using natural farming methods, Mr. Otsuka from Kikuyo Town in Kumamoto, an area suitable for growing beans and wheat, and Mr. Kawagoe from Miyazaki have repeatedly conducted trial and error experiments, and the beans are harvested every autumn and the wheat in early summer, providing us with the food we need.

Naturally grown beans and barley are soaked overnight, then heated in a retort pouch to lock in all the nutrients. In order to allow you to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, we do not add any seasonings, but rather the natural sweetness and texture of the barley.
