◇Safe and secure spices grown using natural farming methods
*From the left, curry spice, cumin, panchfulna, and chili. Curry spice is a mix of five spices: coriander, garam masala, garlic, ginger, and turmeric.
*The cumin and chili (chili peppers) that are the key to the flavor are packaged separately. Chili has a spicy, stimulating flavor, so please taste before using.
*The vegetable version comes with the starter spice Panchkhulna. It is a mixture of whole ajowan seeds, fenugreek, cinnamon leaves, coriander, and cumin. At the beginning of cooking, add it to room temperature oil and heat over low heat to slowly transfer the aroma to the oil.
