We want you to enjoy "naturally grown carrots" even when carrots are in short supply!

With that in mind, we developed the Purely Original Dried Veggie Carrots. It's super easy to use! Just soak them in water or hot water and you'll have cut carrots in no time!

This time, we will introduce two ways to use it that our staff recommends.

1. Stir-fried carrots

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

1 bag of dried veggie carrots
2 eggs 1/2 tablespoon ground sesame
A little salt 1 teaspoon soy sauce
A little sesame oil

<How to make>
1. Soak the dried veggie carrots in water.
② Fry the carrots in a frying pan.
③ Fry the eggs. → Combine ② and ③.
④ Adjust the flavor and it's done!

Second: Carrot rice cake

<material>
1 bag of dried veggie carrots 3 taro roots 3 tablespoons of potato starch
A little water A little salt

<Recipe> Serves 2-3 1. Soak the dried veggie carrots in water.
②Boil the taro.
③ Combine 1 and 2 and add potato starch.
④Add water and salt to 3 and mix.
⑤ Cook in a frying pan → Done!!
