Cut wakame seaweed

Use this herb from Kami Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, as an ingredient in miso soup, clear soup, udon, or ramen, as well as in vinegared dishes, Japanese-style salads, and stews with seasonal vegetables.

Storage method: Before opening, store at room temperature or in a cool, dark place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
