Aomori Prefecture produces 50% of Japan's apples, and Fujisaki Town is the birthplace of the main apple variety, Fuji.

There you will find Takeshima Organic Farm, a place that is said to be known by all apple growers.

Mr. Takeshima, the representative of Takeshima Organic Farm, is a pioneer who established a cultivation method that uses as little pesticides as possible by using the emperor wasp for insect control and pollination.

Almost all of the pesticides used are certified under the Organic JAS Law and can be used under the Organic JAS Law.

Under the Organic JAS Law, it is not counted in the number of times pesticides are used, and there is no obligation to display it.

From now on, all Takeshima organic farms will publish their pest control records.

<Bee, Grass, Sun and Water> We do not use any herbicides to weed the ground, and instead cut the grass with a lawnmower.

We then practice grass cultivation, using the grass itself as fertilizer.

②The apples in this product are grown using reduced pesticides and no chemical fertilizers. Although the amount of pesticide used is less than in regular apple cultivation, organic JAS certified pesticides are still used.

③Apples vary slightly depending on the harvest season. We generally sell them in packs of 6, but depending on the size, this may vary from 6 to 8, so please be aware of this. We pack them in packs of around 1.8 kg. Thank you for your understanding before placing your order.
