This is Purely's most recommended product this summer, made with carefully selected ingredients and a carefully crafted manufacturing process!!!
The ingredients are just four: Takamura Farm Jersey milk, naturally fertilized eggs, organic sugar, and Purely's original rice miso!
Even though it is ice cream, it usually contains emulsifiers and thickening polysaccharides, so it is rare to find ice cream that is made so simply.
The Purely Original Rice Miso they use is made from naturally grown rice and soybeans from Kyushu, fermented with natural koji mold from Marukawa Miso, a 100-year-old brewery in Fukui Prefecture, and brewed using the traditional natural fermentation method in wooden barrels.
Of course, the ingredients were as simple as possible, but I wanted to make ice cream that tasted like it was homemade, so I made a lot of requests to the factory and finally made it happen!
The processing plant, Jurateria Capri, is committed to hand-packing in a way that makes the most of the texture and flavor of the ingredients themselves , something that large companies cannot replicate.
