九州産・無肥料無農薬の梅を使い、塩漬け・赤紫蘇漬け・天日干し。
昔ながらの製法で丁寧に仕込みました。酸味と塩気が絶妙で、ご飯やおにぎりにぴったりの自信作です

白梅干は、赤紫蘇を加えないため、梅本来の風味と酸味がそのまま味わえます。今ではあまり見かけない、珍しい一品です
