The producer is Sayoko Toyonaga from Kumamoto Prefecture. She has been cultivating vegetables without pesticides or fertilizers for over 20 years, first using organic farming methods, with the belief that she wants to produce food that is truly safe to eat. Together with her son, she grows a variety of vegetables throughout the year.

Preservation method
Sweet potatoes do not like low temperatures or dryness, so do not store them in the refrigerator. Instead, wrap them in newspaper and store them in a cardboard box in a cool, dark place. A place between 13 and 16 degrees is recommended.

How to make "Clay Pot Stone Baked Sweet Potatoes to Bring Out Their Sweetness!"
1. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into uniform pieces about 2/3 to 1/2 the size of your fist.
2. Wrap the sweet potato in newspaper, soak it in water, squeeze out the water, and wrap it in aluminum foil. It's okay if the newspaper and aluminum tear a little.
3. Place the ingredients in a clay pot, cover, and start the heat on medium.
4. After lighting the fire, it takes about 10 minutes to slowly bring the temperature inside to its maximum. This is when the sweetness begins to emerge.
5. When the temperature inside has reached its maximum, turn off the heat and quickly turn the sweet potatoes over or upside down to avoid burning them.
6. Relight and leave on high heat for about 1-2 minutes to recover temperature. Then reduce heat to lowest and leave for 10 minutes or more. A nice smell will come out.
7. Turn off the heat and leave it for another 10 minutes or more. Check with a toothpick. It's finally time to open it. Be careful as it's hot.
8. If the back, bottom, or any part that comes into contact with the fire gets wet, the pot will crack, so be careful. Dry it over a low heat.

By taking a little time and effort, you can make even more delicious baked sweet potatoes.
