This organic mapo base is made with organic soy sauce and organic rice miso, with the aroma of organic garlic and organic ginger, and the umami of organic fermented rice seasoning and kelp.

No artificial seasonings, protein hydrolysates, yeast extracts, or colorings are added, allowing the original flavor of the ingredients to be enjoyed to the fullest.

<Ingredients>
Tofu: approx. 200g, minced meat: approx. 80g, green onion (finely chopped): approx. 30g
(Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and drain the water.) Sesame oil, chili oil, etc. - a little to taste

<How to make Mapo Tofu (serves 2-3)>
1. Fry the minced meat: Add oil to a heated frying pan and fry the minced meat until browned.

Add the tofu and cook over medium heat until the tofu is cooked through.
